Learning to Trust
Hello beloved Embody community! How are you feeling as we shift closer to Winter? We are still feeling the ripples from Embody Magic, decompressing and taking in the lessons. As facilitators, we’ve learned the themes that present themselves for our retreats come through us, before and as we curate them for you. So, what has come through for us since Embody Magic? Trust.
It takes trust to be able to sustain the magic we fill up with during our time together. Coming out of the big experience; are we able to see the magic that unfolds and speaks to us in our day to day lives? It can be hard to trust, especially if we have spent considerable time in unstable environments. It can be hard to trust ourselves if we have gone through times where we made decisions that didn’t serve our best interests.
How are we able to build trust within ourselves, with Spirit, with our community? Trust is built through conversation, through conscious connection, through continuing to show up. When we acknowledge we are not the grand directors of this earth journey, it becomes easier to relax and let the story unfold. This does not absolve us from right action, but it does invite a sense of ease and trusting in the unknown.
When life is approached with curiosity, it becomes much more fun. What does Spirit have to show me today? What magical bits are waiting to be seen? Can I see how Spirit is orchestrating my life in a way that is perfect just for me? Trust takes time. It is not to be rushed. Keep showing up in your magic. Talk to Spirit, your healed and well ancestors, mother earth, your younger self, your wise elder self. They are all eagerly awaiting your communication! The more you look to see, the easier it will become to trust that you are being supported and held.
Keep connecting with each other. You know when you get a random thought about someone? Trust it and reach out, even if it seems silly. You’ll be amazed how often you get the response, “I was JUST thinking about you!”. This is an easy way to build trust with your intuition AND stay connected.
We are so grateful for each and every one of you. We too, are being asked to deepen our trust. To trust in what we’re building and the efforts put forth. We want to help make a positive shift in the world. We want to help you connect with yourself, others and earth from a heart centered place.
